A Bit About Me

I never really got the joy of watching other people do things - sports, video games, politics, celebrity news. What actually makes me happy is trying new things and making stuff.

I like solving problems, fixing things, and figuring out how they work. Sometimes that means building a prototype, sewing a wallet, coding a tool, or organizing a messy space. My background in biotechnology and business development just gave me more ways to do that on a bigger scale.

If you leave me alone for a day, I'll have the best time rotating between carpentry, pottery, sewing, and random projects that catch my curiosity. That's when I feel most like myself - learning by doing and connecting ideas across different worlds.

Work Journey

Management Consultant

Emendo Consulting GroupCopenhagen

Aug 2025 - Present

After a few months as a junior, I stepped into the consultant role and I'm really enjoying it. I get to help companies figure out how to work better - mapping processes, spotting what could run smoother, and learning how real operations actually fit together. It's a lot of problem-solving, and I like that.

Junior Management Consultant

Emendo Consulting GroupCopenhagen

Mar 2025 - Aug 2025

Started out as a junior and got thrown into some pretty complex pharma projects. I learned a lot about how big organizations work (and sometimes don't). Most of my first months went into making sense of messy systems and helping people see the bigger picture.

Co-Founder and COO

Umamamia ApSCopenhagen

Aug 2023 - Jun 2024

Continued working on the small food biotech startup. I dealt with everything from setting up the lab and budgets to figuring out how we should organize ourselves. Learned a lot about how hard (and fun) it is to build something from scratch.

Co-Founder and CTO

Umamamia ApSCopenhagen

Apr 2022 - Aug 2023

Co-founded a company. We were turning peas and salt into umami flavor through fermentation. I led product development, helped write a patent, got some soft funding, and did whatever else needed doing to keep things moving.
